last night (2nd), my friend bought this from his hometown for me to try
i ate it as breakfast today
it's very different with the normal chee cheong fan that we had seen
it has no red/sweet sauce
unlike the one in Taiping
and it has no soy sauce
unlike the hong kong chee cheong fan with prawns or char xiu we eat at dim sum restaurant
very special hmm...
it's eat with green/sour chilies
yum yum !! ◕﹃◕
the ingredients included dried vege (菜干) and "ha bi" (虾米)
